Prayer at Faith
Community Church
Jesus said, “I am the vine; you are the branches. If a
man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit;
apart from me you can do nothing.”
At Faith Community Church we recognize that we are totally
dependent upon Christ. He is the Head of our church
and the One to whom we look for direction.
Individual Prayer
Requests
We are called to lift one
another up in prayer. "And pray in the Spirit on all
occasions with all kinds of prayers and
requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep
on praying for all the saints." Ephesians 6:18
If you have a prayer request or a praise report, please
click the link below to send it to us via email.
Your email will be received by our email prayer
coordinator, who will then send it out to our church family
for prayer. Thank you for allowing us to bring your
concern before the Lord.
Tuesday
Night Prayer
Every Tuesday night at 7:00
pm we meet at the church for a time of corporate prayer and
praise, recalling Jesus’ words that “where two or three are
gathered in my name, there am I among them."
National
Day of Prayer
It has become the custom of
our church to hold a special prayer service at 7:00 pm on
the National Day of Prayer (first Thursday in May), during
which we focus on exalting God, honoring Him with our
adoration, and humbly seeking His intervention in the lives
of our families, our church, our community and our nation.
“I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers,
intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone— for
kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful
and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness.”
1 Timothy 2:1-2
